With deep experience at Farmdrop connecting ethical food to consumers, he now connects capital to regenerative farmers through data-driven tools and transparent impact measurement. Based in the Cotswolds with his working cocker spaniel Taggie, Sven is building the financial infrastructure that regenerative agriculture desperately needs.
Alan Cole
Our resident tech wizard with 20+ years of digital expertise, Alan crafts the AI-powered tools that make complex grant applications actually manageable. His latest masterpiece is our Capital Grants calculator that transforms bureaucratic headaches into streamlined funding pathways. When he's not revolutionising agtech, you'll find him watching F1 or perfecting his poker face.
James Harrop
James is the person on the other end of the phone helping hundreds of UK farmers navigate grant applications and access the funding they need for regenerative transition. With a natural talent for building trust and understanding complex farm needs, he's been instrumental in our recent Capital Grants success. Recently married and dreaming of countryside life in Dorset or Shropshire, James lives and breathes the rural communities we serve.
