All requests acknowledged within 1 working day

Technical documentation provided where needed
Support available for data interpretation
Standard formats include CSV, Excel, and JSON
f) Assistance and Support
Technical support available during business hours
Guidance provided for data access and export
Help documentation available online
No charge for standard support services
4. Service Provision
4.1 Service Delivery
We provide the Services during UK business hours (9:00-17:00 GMT/BST, Monday-Friday)
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime, excluding planned maintenance
We may modify the Services with reasonable notice
We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance
4.2 Support

Response times typically within 2 business days
Critical issues receive priority handling
4.3 Fair Usage
Services are subject to reasonable usage limits
