We only collect this data as necessary for providing our Services, particularly supporting grant applications and farm data management.

  • Complex requests processed within 30 working days

  • All requests acknowledged within 1 working day

  • Technical documentation provided where needed

  • Support available for data interpretation

  • Standard formats include CSV, Excel, and JSON

f) Assistance and Support

  • Technical support available during business hours

  • Guidance provided for data access and export

  • Help documentation available online

  • No charge for standard support services

4. Service Provision

4.1 Service Delivery

  1. We provide the Services during UK business hours (9:00-17:00 GMT/BST, Monday-Friday)

  2. We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime, excluding planned maintenance

  3. We may modify the Services with reasonable notice

  4. We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance

4.2 Support

  4. Critical issues receive priority handling

4.3 Fair Usage
